Father in the mighty name of Jesus, we thank you for the gift of life which we received through our parents.

Thank you for preserving their lives up until now because of your mercies.

Thank you for the love and guidance we receive through them daily. It has been by your grace.

We pray for long life and good health for them so they can fulfill the task of taking care of their children. Surround them with your love. Provide where they cannot afford.

In the absence of food, clothing and shelter, let their love remain. For that is where we get our confidence from. Every good parent is a gem. You have made them such that as children we will receive all good things from them.

Children suffer without their parents around them. Everything turns upside down when children lose their parents. I have seen good times turn to bad after the loss of a parent. Some children lose their education while others lose their homes; I pray that you preserve parents lives and provide parents for those who have lost their own.

Let them receive the love and care that others receive and give them hope for their future; for you are the only God who can change situations for the better.

If any parent is mistreating his child because of lack of money please provide him with money so that we can continue to enjoy the love you have placed in them for their children.

Bring deliverance to sick parents who have been declared hopeless and keep the family together.
